Wall.fm & Xitti Launch New Suggestions Board

Wall.fm is a fast-growing and striving community of social network creators, and we, the developers, are always happy to hear what the community members have to say about our service. Moreover, the development team constantly keeps an eye on all suggestions made through our support forum and/or blog.

As we continue to evolve, we realized that the time has come to take this communication to a new level. To do so we are launching a stand-alone Wall.fm and Xitti Feature Suggestions Board (suggest.wall.fm) on the popular UserVoice platform.  The benefits of this new system include:

  • Quick and easy access;
  • Simplicity of submission process;
  • Clear view and tabbed categorization;
  • Voting order for developers to see what’s really in demand;

In the following days we’ll be shutting down the Feature Suggestion section of the main Wall.fm forum, but not before transferring all outstanding requests that have potential to be implemented to their new home.

Feel free to browse around the new board, vote up the suggestions you like, or add more to the list. Wall.fm team will be checking the website daily, and if your idea is picked up by the developers, it will end up in the Accepted section.

Processing Wall.fm and Xitti Suggestions

Note, that the voting system will allow us to see what’s really in demand, but that does not mean the most-voted feature will be automatically picked up by developers. We will process all suggestions, no matter how many or few votes they have. It is important to understand that everyone has different needs, and we must prioritize the development in accordance with our roadmap, so that the end product can be accessible to the widest audience possible.

  3. Eboni says:

    Cool! Question about features..

    Is a Live video chat option available..
    Is there a plugin where we can add something like Ustream?

  4. very kool !!!
    I have it bookedmarked with future participation

  5. The question what all paying members should be asking is when are new features and plugins going to be arrive, because one minute there in developement and then the next minute they have all been stalled, how long is this going to go on for???
    It wouldn’t be so bad if we could upload our own plugins which I know is impossible, but I believe the longer we are kept waiting people are just going to go else where which is a shame because I feel quite at home here with Wall.fm but things need to change.

    • Zima says:

      The new features are coming, trust me. It’s the end of year and all, you know. We want to eliminate all outstanding issues and kill all minor bugs before getting more features out there.

  7. Zohra says:

    Nice voting system, however we can vote only ten times… what when we are out of votes? How can we vote for new suggestions when we are out of voting points?

    Cheers,
    Zohra

  8. arden says:

    I agree with Zohra= that limiting our votes seems wrongs. If we see an idea we like then we cannot vote on it if we have used our votes other places. Are we only allowed 10 votes a month or 10 votes overall? Then what do we do when we have used up our votes? Does that mean we have to go back and delete votes else where? If so you are not seeing what we really want as paying members.

    • Zima says:

      Giving everyone only 10 votes makes the limited votes all the more important and shows developers what is REALLY in demand.
      Then, when a voted idea is picked up and competed or declined altogether, spent votes are given back to voters.
      Also, if you see something new and more worthy of a vote, just go back and un-vote one of the features.
      It’s just the matter of distributing priorities.

      • arden says:

        So in other words anything we have voted on thus far is not being picked up. So we have to delete our votes to be heard on a different matter.

        IT SHOULD BE IF WE LIKE THE IDEA WE CAN VOTE ON IT AND IF WE DO NOT- WE DONT. We should not be limited on votes. With this voting system you have we cannot even make a suggestion unless we take back our votes. Your not getting an accurate picture if members have to remove votes. Seems you would get more accurate needs by letting members vote on what they like and not what YOU THINK THEY LIKE OR WANT

        • Zima says:

          Actually we get a much clearer and wider picture with this system. The limit on votes forces users to think in terms of priorities instead of what would be great in the next build. In the end of the day, the development team still sees every single suggestion, but the guys also see what’s in most prioritized demand.

  9. Shane says:

    The post never says about when the votes are used >:|

  10. tim says:

    can you have a game page on your website? like facebook.

  11. Hi Zima, can you please give us an indication of what and when the new changes for paying members are going to be implimented??

    Ps hopefully before the New Year???

    Kind regards

    Stan

  12. ajith says:

    hello zima
    please give chat im to free service

  13. Hi,
    I think your product is great but there are a few things that require atention.

    Firstly, CCBill, is very expensive and not the all to end all gateways. We are about to upgrade but are a little disappointed in the limited choices you offer for this. We are associated with Zombaio, who are designed specifically for the adult industry and there rates are a lot lower, could you please consider offering them as an alternative to CCBill. Zombaio also have an affiliate program that would benefit you, the hosts.

    Secondly, it would be so much more convienient to allow us to simply add an image to our site and then link it either internally to a site page or externally to a website rather than have to worry about obtaining a html code or embed code for our advertisements.

    Thirdly, when we add an image to an event, it does not work.

    That’s it for now, thank you for what we have at present and we hope you will consider implementing our suggestions.

    Regards, Chris. ao-facebook.com

  14. tim says:

    hello zima, I have of things to ask.
    First, a week ago you told me that the game page was on your road map, can you tell me when it might come out? second, can you put a image next to your tittle on the website?
    lastly is there a way you can make html code for a way for people to like other stuff that is not on your website? like a Facebook share button or something like that.
    thank-you

  15. ay says:

    That a fantastic idea

  16. javier says:

    hola como puedo traducir mi red social toda al español? GRACIAS.

  17. Jake Brunton says:

    Nah, we need a share button on our wall.fm sites to share on other profiles etc. And @tim there are plenty of services that give you share buttons to share to Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, etc. Especially the toolbar creation sites, like skysa and wibiya.

  18. tattooboy says:

    I think you guys should check out my suggestion! it would be very help full for xitti members to make a lot more revenue off of the token/credit system!
